Believe: Upbeat Bidco takes close to 95% stake after OPAS

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris, BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE have informed the AMF that, at the close of its simplified tender offer (OPAS), Upbeat Bidco holds 95,664,105 Believe shares, representing 94.
99% of the capital and 94.29% of the voting rights.

During the period of the OPAS, from June 3 to 21 inclusive, the bidder acquired 8,775,267 shares under the semi-centralized procedure, at a unit price of 15 euros, and 10,844,155 shares via its designated member of the buyer's market.
