Sidetrade: owns 79.39% of SHS Viveon

39% of SHS Viveon AG, a leading German provider of credit risk management software, thus becoming the majority shareholder.

Following the approval of the delisting of SHS Viveon AG by the Munich Stock Exchange, Sidetrade has extended its tender offer, allowing SHS Viveon AG shareholders to sell their remaining shares at a price of 3.00 euros per share in cash.
