Pernod Ricard: Wellington Mngt falls below 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Wellington Management Group LLP, acting on behalf of funds and clients, declared to the AMF that on June 18 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Pernod Ricard as a result of a sale of shares on the market.


The declarant stated that it held, on behalf of the said funds and clients, 12,769,809 Pernod Ricard shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.99% of the spirits group's capital and 4.17% of its voting rights.
