Mersen: Janus Henderson Investors exceeds 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that on June 17 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Mersen's share capital, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The reporting party stated that it held 1,244,235 Mersen shares on behalf of the said funds, representing 5.10% of the capital and 4.60% of the voting rights of this expert in electrical specialties and advanced materials.
