Societe Generale: philanthropic program renewed

(CercleFinance.com) - Societe Generale announces that its Corporate Foundation, which supports its philanthropic program, has been renewed for five years, with a multi-year endowment of 55 million euros for the period 2024-28, representing an annual increase of 50%.


It will continue to operate in France, with a stronger regional focus, and will support more projects with an international dimension. The program will also draw on local philanthropic initiatives.

Operating in three areas - education, culture and the environment - this new corporate philanthropy policy reflects the banking group's ambition to have a positive impact on society and to be a leader in ESG commitments.
