BT: strategic partnership with ServiceNow

(CercleFinance.com) - BT Group and ServiceNow have announced a strategic partnership to improve customer and employee experiences.


This multi-year agreement will extend ServiceNow's service management capabilities to all BT Group units, aiming to generate cost savings and improve efficiency.

BT will use ServiceNow Service Bridge for an automated connection with its customers and will test Now Assist for Telecom Service Management (TSM) to integrate generative AI into its teams.

Hena Jalil, Managing Director at BT Group, emphasized that this platform-based, AI-enhanced approach 'will transform the customer experience'.
