Legrand: E600m bond issue completed

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand announces that it has completed a fixed-rate bond issue for E600m with a 10-year maturity and an annual coupon of 3.
5%, an operation oversubscribed to by 5.5x, 'once again demonstrating investor confidence'.

This operation brings the average maturity of the bonded debt to 5.3 years, with the next repayment due date, in the amount of 500 million euros, set for July 6, 2024, the supplier of electrical infrastructure for the building industry says.
