Eurazeo: investment in Materrup

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced that, through its Smart City fund and in conjunction with EIC Fund, it is supporting Materrup in raising €26 million, with the participation of its historical investors, UI investissement, Aquiti, IRDI and Argiduna Capital.


Against a backdrop of decarbonization of its sector, this fund-raising will enable this supplier of low-carbon cement based on uncalcined clay to accelerate the deployment of its large-scale territorial plants in France and throughout Europe.

Materrup has already signed structuring partnerships with players such as Vicat, Vinci, Demathieu Bard, Edilians, the CSTB, the Fehr and Duhalde groups, BNP Real Estate, Bouygues Immobilier and Domofrance.
