Eurazeo: investment in Rydoo

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces its investment, through its Small-mid buyout team, in Rydoo, a Belgian company whose solution enables companies to manage and control their employees' professional expenses and costs using smart software.


This transaction will be the ninth investment for Eurazeo PME IV, and forms part of the company's Small-mid buyout strategy aimed at supporting the international expansion of fast-growing European SMEs in the technology and B2B services sectors.

Rydoo serves over 3,000 large and medium-sized companies in 132 countries. It has recorded an average annual growth rate of over 32% in recent years, reaching annual recurring revenues of over E20m.
