Bristol Myers: ex-CEO of Agilent joins Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Bristol Myers Squibb reports that its Board of Directors has co-opted Michael McMullen, an election that will take effect on July 1 and bring the number of Board members to 11.
An independent director, he will be a member of the Audit Committee.

Michael McMullen served from 2015 to 2024 as CEO of Agilent Technologies, where he 'led the transformation into a market-leading life sciences and diagnostics company, and nearly tripled its market capitalization', according to Bristol Myers.
