Gaussin: to sell its majority stake in Gama

(CercleFinance.com) - Gaussin announces the sale of its majority stake in Gama (Gaussin-Macnica-Mobility) to its partner Macnica.
This transaction includes all the shares and receivables held by Gaussin in Gama.

GAMA was created through the acquisition of Navya's assets in April 2023 (see CP of April 18, 2023). This joint venture, dedicated to autonomous, zero-emission mobility for the transport of people and goods, was initially 51%-owned by Gaussin and 49%-owned by Macnica.

The parties have reached an exclusive agreement on the terms and conditions of the sale, which was authorized on June 14 by a decision of the Juge-Commissaire of the Vesoul Commercial Court under GAUSSIN SA's safeguard procedure.
