Bristol Myers: Board declares dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - Bristol Myers Squibb announces that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.
60 per share, payable on 1 August to shareholders of record on 5 July this year.

In addition, the pharmaceutical company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 on its $2 convertible preference shares, payable on 3 September to shareholders of record on 6 August.
