Orange: BlackRock exceeds 5% of share capital
(CercleFinance.com) - On June 14, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Orange's capital and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.
05% of the capital and 4.24% of the voting rights of the telecoms operator.
The American asset management giant states that the threshold crossing is the result of an off-market acquisition of Orange shares and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
