Séché: agreement for an acquisition in Singapore

(CercleFinance.com) - Séché Environnement announces the signature of a SPA (share purchase agreement) for the acquisition of ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering Pte Ltd, a major player in the Singapore hazardous industrial waste market.


With the widest range of products and services, a loyal customer base of leading industrial companies and a high-performance industrial facility, ECO should enable Séché to occupy a major position in a dynamic industrial region where it was previously fairly inactive.

This acquisition concerns 100% of the shares and represents a purchase price of around S$605m (around E417m), the financing of which has already been secured by a committed credit facility with a bank.

With around 300 employees, ECO is present at every stage of the hazardous waste management value chain in Singapore. In 2023, it generated sales of around S$96m and adjusted EBITDA of around S$41m.
