Generali: appointment of a Director of Transformation

(CercleFinance.com) - Generali announced on Monday the appointment of Cécile Paillard, a former Coface and AXA executive, to the position of Transformation Director, effective September 2.


In her new role, Cécile Paillard will be responsible for accelerating the transformation of the Italian insurance group, with the aim of achieving greater digitization of activities, particularly in customer experience and distribution.

Generali underlines that Cécile Paillard - who will join the management committee - will bring over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, particularly in financial planning and innovation.

She was previously Managing Director of Coface's Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa branch, after holding several senior positions at AXA.
