(CercleFinance.com) - On June 12, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Teleperformance and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 3,025,338 Teleperformance shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 5.01% of the share capital and
4.88% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an increase in the number of Teleperformance shares held as collateral.
