Deezer: Chairman of the Board reappointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Online music group Deezer announced on Friday that it had reappointed Iris Knobloch as Chairman of its Board of Directors.


Yesterday's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the reappointment of all the directors proposed to it.

Following the meeting, the Board of Directors confirmed Iris Knobloch as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

'Deezer has a promising future, and I look forward to participating in the next chapter of profitable growth in the years to come', said Iris Knobloch.

A former WarnerMedia executive, Iris Knobloch is today CEO of I2PO, a SPAC in which the Pinault family is a partner. She is also President of the Cannes Film Festival.

Deezer has also announced the appointment of Carl de Place, currently Deputy CFO, as CFO, replacing Stéphane Rougeot who decided to leave the company this state.
