Alten: Invest Securities welcomes WorldGrid takeover

(CercleFinance.com) - Alten has entered into exclusive negotiations with Atos for the acquisition of WorldGrid.
Following this announcement, Invest Securities reiterates its Buy rating on the stock, with a target price of E162.

Although the price paid is high, the operation should nevertheless be slightly accretive (+2% to +4% on the 2025e NAV) and, above all, Alten is positioning itself alongside EDF to capture the strong prospects for nuclear power over the next 20 years, Invest Securities says.

While it considers the integration risk to be limited, given the track record of Alten's management, we welcome this transaction, the broker adds.
