LVMH: Cécile Cabanis appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer

(CercleFinance.com) - LVMH announces the appointment of Cécile Cabanis as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
She will report to Jean-Jacques Guiony, Group Chief Financial Officer, and work with him in a transitional period with a view to future succession.

She joins the Group Executive Committee.

Cécile has a proven track record in very large groups, in a wide range of finance functions, notably in Mergers & Acquisitions and financial communications", says the Group press release.

Cécile Cabanis worked for 17 years at Danone, where she was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2015, in charge of strategy, information systems, digital transformation, purchasing and sustainable development. For the past three years, she has been Deputy Managing Director of Tikehau Capital.
