Euroapi: ad hoc mandate for the financing of Focus-27

(CercleFinance.com) - Euroapi informs that it has decided to be accompanied by an ad hoc trustee in the discussions initiated last February concerning the medium- and long-term financing of its Focus-27 strategic transformation project.


The supplier of active pharmaceutical ingredients has called on this independent third party 'proactively in order to accelerate discussions and converge towards a solution that satisfies the interests of all stakeholders'.

The mandat ad hoc is an amicable procedure initiated by Euroapi and conducted within a confidential and legally secure framework, following substantial progress made in recent weeks on the financing of the Focus-27 plan.
