GTT: two approvals for NEXT1 technology

(CercleFinance.com) - GTT announces that it has received design approval from Bureau Veritas and general approval for marine application from Lloyd's Register, for its GTT NEXT1 LNG containment system.


These two approvals, officially presented at the Posidonia 2024 marine exhibition in Athens, mark a major milestone for this technology, which is now ready for commercial deployment.

GTT NEXT1 aims to offer a level of thermal performance equivalent to that of Mark III Flex+3 technology, while using two metal sealing barriers", explains the LNG membrane containment specialist.
