TUI: Oddo BHF raises TP

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF confirms its 'outperform' opinion on TUI, a stock included in its 'Large Caps conviction list', given the upside potential mplied by its TP, which it has raised from E8.
8 to E9.2.

The broker believes that its very likely inclusion in the MDAX should strengthen the stock's visibility, liquidity and, ultimately, its attractiveness. It also believes that the environment remains favourable for the stock, and has therefore raised its EPS 2024 estimate by 5%.

The stock's valuation also supports analysys' positive stance, as it reflects a very sharp discount to the historical average (2025 P/E at 4.1x, compared with an historical average of 14.4x), it continues.
