Publicis: BlackRock falls below 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on May 31 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Publicis Groupe, and now holds 4.
99% of the capital and 4.54% of the voting rights of the communications group.

The American asset management giant explains that this threshold crossing results from a sale of Publicis Groupe shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
