Emeis: sells property in Ireland

(CercleFinance.com) - emeis (ex-Orpea) announces the signature of a sale and leaseback agreement for a real estate portfolio of three retirement homes in Ireland with Healthcare Activos for a purchase price of around E56m.


The portfolio sold comprises three recently built retirement homes, with a total capacity of 332 beds, in the Portmarnock, Portlaoise and Kilkenny areas. All three facilities will be operated by emeis Ireland.

These new operations enable us to be in line with our planned trajectory of 500 million euros of real estate disposals per year until 2026, management said.
