Ubisoft: Morgan Stanley crosses the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has declared to the AMF that on May 28, 2024, through its subsidiaries, it indirectly exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of UbisoftEntertainment and indirectly held 5.
25% of the share capital and 4.83% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market acquisition of UbisoftEntertainment shares.
