Sopra Steria: sale agreements signed

(CercleFinance.com) - Sopra Steria announces the signature of contracts for the sale to Axway Software of most of the activities of Sopra Banking Software, for an enterprise value of E330m, and to Sopra GMT of 16.
7% of Axway's capital, for E95.9m.

The financing structure for these transactions remains identical to that communicated in February, when the binding agreements were signed. The objective remains to complete these transactions as soon as possible by the end of Q3 2024.

They will be subject to regulatory approvals, including a decision by the AMF regarding the absence of an obligation to file a draft public offer, and approval by the AMF of Axway's prospectus in connection with its capital increase.
