Ubisoft: Morgan Stanley below 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has declared to the AMF that on May 24, 2024, through its subsidiaries, it indirectly crossed below the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Ubisoft Entertainment and indirectly held 4.
41% of the share capital and 4.05% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of Ubisoft Entertainment shares.
