Poujoulat: acquisition of Convesa in Spain

(CercleFinance.com) - Poujoulat announces that it has acquired 80% of the capital of Convesa, one of Spain's top three manufacturers of metal chimney flues, enabling it 'to significantly increase its international presence'.


Offering a complete range of products for the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, Convesa generated sales of 17.5 million euros in 2023, mainly on the international market, and employs almost one hundred people.

Roberto Sanchez, Convesa's CEO and 20% shareholder, and the current management team will continue their commitment to ensuring the company's development and implementing synergies.
