M6: acquires La Boite Aux Enfants
(CercleFinance.com) - M6, via its subsidiary Gulli, announces the acquisition of La Boite Aux Enfants, the French leader in indoor play parks for children, owned mainly by Bpifrance, Turenne Groupe, M Capital, Aurore de Lacombe and Gaetan Le Jariel.
La Boite Aux Enfants operates 25 parks for children aged one to 12 throughout France, including 13 already licensed under Gulli Parc, with around two million visitors and sales of EUR18 million forecast for 2024. The media group is thus pursuing its investment strategy aimed at families, around Gulli, France's leading children's channel.
