Fleury Michon: in negotiations with Platos Tradicionales

(CercleFinance.com) - In a terse press release, Fleury Michon announced Friday evening that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with Familia Martinez, its long-standing partner in Spain, to sell its shares in their Platos Tradicionales joint venture.


The French food group points out that Platos Tradicionales, created in 2006, has been manufacturing and distributing ready-to-eat meals in Spain since that date. No further information was provided by Fleury Michon.
