Eramet: successfully prices E500m in bonds

(CercleFinance.com) - Eramet yesterday announced that it has successfully placed a sustainability-linked bond issue for E500m with a 5.
5-year maturity and an annual coupon of 6.5%.

This bond issue was warmly welcomed by a diversified base of institutional investors in France and internationally: the issue was more than 3 times subscribed to.

The bond issue is linked to two sustainable performance objectives, namely the reduction by 37% (compared with 2019) of the Eramet Group's annual greenhouse gas emissions intensity per tonne produced (scope 1 and scope 2) by 31 December 2026, and the increase (to 67%) of the share (in terms of emissions) of its suppliers and customers with decarbonization objectives for their own greenhouse gas emissions (scopes 1 and 2).

The bond issue, scheduled for settlement and delivery on 30 May 2024, is expected to be admitted to trading on the Euronext regulated market in Paris, and to be rated Ba2 by Moody's and BB by Fitch.
