Medtronic: dividend raised on Q4 results

(CercleFinance.com) - On unveiling its annual results, Medtronic announces an increased quarterly dividend of $0.
70 per share, marking its 47th consecutive year of increases, with the dividend to be paid from 12 July.

The medical equipment supplier reported adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) that is down 7% to $1.46 for Q4 2023-24, on fairly flat revenues (+0.5%) of $8.59bn (+5.4% on an organic basis).

We finished the year on a strong note, with great vigour in our businesses and each of our four segments posting organic revenue growth in the mid-single digits or above, management said.

With full-year adjusted EPS of $5.20 and organic revenue growth of 5.2%, Medtronic is targeting full-year adjusted EPS of $5.40 to $5.50 and organic revenue growth of 4% to 5% respectively.
