Verallia: Amundi AM holds over 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On May 15, 2024, Amundi Asset Management, acting on behalf of the Verallia FCPE it manages, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in Verallia and held, on behalf of the FCPE, 3.
02% of the company's capital and 5.01% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Verallia shares on the market.
