Solutions30: acquisition of a stake in So-Tec

(CercleFinance.com) - Solutions30 is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 10% stake in So-Tec, a company specializing in the construction of photovoltaic power plants, alongside the company's historic management team.


Under the terms of the agreement between the acquiring shareholders, the group will become the majority shareholder in the next few years, and within five years will control 100% of the capital of this company based near Montpellier.

Employing almost 100 people and with sales of over 20 million euros, So-Tec designs and installs all types of photovoltaic installations (shading, greenhouses, roofing, ground, floating, agrivoltaic) throughout France.
