EBay: 13% EPS growth in Q1

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening, eBay reported adjusted (non-GAAP) EPS growth of 13% to $1.
25 for Q1 2024, with its non-GAAP operating margin improving 0.7 point to 30.3%, on revenues that rose 2% to nearly $2.56bn.

We continue to make progress towards our aims of sustainable growth in gross merchandise volume, it notes, adding that the latter reached $18.6bn in Q1, up 1% (stable excluding currency effects).

For Q2, the Internet auction platform anticipates adjusted EPS of $1.10 to $1.15, and revenues of $2.49bn to $2.54bn, representing a -1% to +1% change at constant exchange rates y-o-y.
