Swisscom: Q1 earnings up 2.9%

(CercleFinance.com) - Swisscom reports Q1 sales of 2,703m Swiss francs, down 1.
6% on Q1 2023 (-0.5% adjusted). NB: cp -2.1%.

At the same time, EBITDA posted a limited decline of 0.8% (-1.5% adjusted) to 1,155m CHF, while EBIT came in at 568m CHF (-0.9%).

Nevertheless, Swisscom posted a 2.9% increase in net profit to 455m CHF.

Business performance was satisfactory in Q1 and in line with expectations, commented CEO Christoph Aeschlimann.
