OMV: EPS up 20% in Q1

(CercleFinance.com) - OMV announces Q1 2024 sales of E8,174m, down 25%.


The Austrian oil group's operating income contracted less, however; -10% to E1,233m. Net income, group share, however rose by 20% to E468m, giving EPS of E1.43 (+20%).

Finally, FCF fell by 41% to E1,003m.

For 2024, OMV expects the average Brent crude oil price to be around $85/barrel (previous forecast: around $80/barrel; 2023: $83/barrel).

For 2024, the average realised gas price should be between E20/MWh and E25/MWh.
