Verallia: EBITDA margin down in Q1

(CercleFinance.com) - Verallia reports adjusted EBITDA of E204m for Q1 2024, down 4.
8 points to 24.4%, on sales of E836m, down 20.5% (-12.7% LFL).

Management said that Verallia has started the year in line with expectations, with sales and prices down on Q1 2023, which represents a high comparison basis.

Noting encouraging signs of recovery from the low point of Q4 2023, the glass packaging manufacturer confirms its forecast for adjusted EBITDA of around E1bn in 2024.
