SQLI: sale of its Aston subsidiary to Talis Éducation

The proposed transaction was announced at the Group's annual results presentation on March 14.

SQLI intends to pursue its development through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions in the digital experience market.

In this context, the Group acquired Salesforce Levana in February, reinforcing its position as a partner of the world's leading providers of experience platforms.

The Group has also decided to sell Aston, an IT training school, which addresses a distinct market.
