Cnova: Daniel Kretinsky's holding company has 99.3%
(CercleFinance.com) - Cnova announced on Tuesday that France Retail Holdings, an investment vehicle owned by Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, now controls almost 99.
3% of its voting rights.
FRH is a company set up by the consortium comprising EP Equity Investment III, Fimalac and Attestor, to take over Casino Guichard-Perrachon's stake in Cnova.
It is controlled at the highest level by Daniel Kretinsky.
Last week, Cnova's Chairman of the Board, Jean-Yves Haagen, resigned from his position.
