Samse: Group net income E76.4m in 2023

(CercleFinance.com) - Group sales amounted to E1,889m at 31 December 2023, down 1.
2% on 2022.

In a new housing market down 22%, sales for the Trading activity were down 2.1% in 2023, to E1,482m.

Group operating income before non-recurring items (EBIT) came to E104.3m, down 16.8% (or E21.1m) compared with 2022.

Net income from consolidated companies thus came to E79.3m, down E18.5m (-18.9%). group share of net income followed a similar trend, coming in at E76.4m.
