Partouche: dividend proposed at next AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Partouche announces that at the AGM on March 20, its shareholders will be asked to vote on the distribution of a dividend of 3.
08 million euros (or 0.32 euro per share), to be paid no later than July 31.

In its first accounting quarter, the casino group posted sales up 2% to 118.7 million euros, driven by hotel sales (+19.4%), and gross gaming revenue (GGR) virtually stable (+0.7%) at 173.2 million.

In addition, Partouche has announced a partnership with Julien Manival ('Bonne Compagnie' group, which has seven establishments in Occitanie) within a new structure, Must Group, specializing in the hospitality and entertainment sector.
