Marriott: 82% increase in Q4 EPS

57, up 82% y-o-y, for adjusted EBITDA of $1.2bn, compared with $1.09bn a year earlier. NB: pmt -3.5%.
The hotel chain announces comparable RevPAR (revenue per available room) growth of 7.2% in constant dollars (including +3.3% in North America and +17.4% internationally), notably supported by Asia Pacific and Europe.
For 2024, Marriott forecasts RevPAR growth of 3% to 5% and adjusted EBITDA of around $4.9bn to $5bn, enabling it to return $4.1bn to $4.3bn to shareholders.
