Geci International: share consolidation
(CercleFinance.com) - Geci International announces the completion of its share consolidation operation through the exchange of one new share with a par value of 1 euro to be issued for ten thousand old shares with a par value of 0.
0001 euro to be consolidated. This operation took effect on January 5, 2024. The old GECI International shares with a par value of 0.0001 euros were delisted from the Euronext Growth market after market close on January 2, 2024, and were replaced by the new GECI International shares with a par value of 1 euro on January 3, 2024.
