Sopra Steria: contracts with NS&I in the UK

(CercleFinance.com) - Sopra Steria announces that it has won two major contracts, worth a total of £369m, from National Savings and Investments (NS&I), the British public savings bank, best known for Premium Bonds.


The French IT services group will manage tens of millions of customer contracts each year, and a savings account worth over £220bn, helping millions of savers across the country.

Sopra Steria will also manage NS&I's contact centre to support its customers, including enhanced service access options for vulnerable or digitally excluded people.
