Eiffage: acqures Van den Pol Elektrotechniek
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has announced that, through its Dutch subsidiary Eiffage Energie Systèmes, it has acquired 97% of Van den Pol Elektrotechniek, rounding out its expertise in the industrial and tertiary markets, while strengthening its presence in the Netherlands.
This transaction, the financial terms of which were not specified by the French construction and concessions group, is subject to approval by the European competition authorities and should be completed in early 2024. Van den Pol Elektrotechniek specializes in security installations, IT networks and industrial automation. In 2022, it had sales of E75m and 250 employees. Copyright (c) 2023 CercleFinance.com.
