Cnova: changes to the Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Cnova announces a change in its Board of Directors, following the completion of the transaction for Casino's acquisition of CBD Luxembourg Holding from GPA, bringing Casino's stake in the online retailer to 98.
8%.

Eleazar de Carvalho, vice-president and non-executive director of Cnova, as well as Guillaume Michaloux and Christophe Hidalgo, non-executive directors, have resigned as directors.

As a reminder, Casino's acquisition of CBD Luxembourg Holding simplifies Cnova's ownership structure and separates CGP's stakes in GPA and Cnova.
