Ubisoft: partial buyback of 2024 OCEANEs
(CercleFinance.com) - Ubisoft Entertainment announced today that it has successfully completed the partial repurchase of its outstanding OCEANEs due September 24, 2024, for a nominal amount of approximately 250 million euros, following the successful placement of its OCEANEs due 2031.
The offer was for approximately 50% of the total number of OCEANEs 2024 initially issued. The buyback price per security was set at 110.7 euros. Settlement-delivery of the buyback is scheduled for December 6, subject to the condition precedent of settlement-delivery of the 2031 OCEANEs. The repurchased OCEANEs 2024 will be cancelled in accordance with their terms and conditions and with applicable laws and regulations.
