Paref: 'The Medelan' building in Milan 98% leased

(CercleFinance.com) - Paref announced on Monday that 'The Medelan', its flagship asset in the heart of Milan, developed in collaboration with DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, is now 98% leased.


The neo-Renaissance building, on the corner of the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Teatro alla Scala, is home to Coin, a clothing, beauty and home decoration chain.

Arket, a lifestyle chain belonging to the H&M group, has also chosen to set up shop within the complex, as has 'Kave Home', a Spanish furniture brand.

In all, 'The Medelan' boasts a surface area of almost 55.000 m² and boasts the highest standards of sustainability and eco-compatibility, enabling it to also accommodate offices, green spaces, terraces, a Michelin-starred restaurant and a cocktail bar.
