Mercedes-Benz: 2nd in the F1 Constructors' Championship
(CercleFinance.com) - The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1Team finished 2nd in the Formula 1 Constructors' Championship.
In the final race of the season, held this weekend at the Abu Dhabi track, 3rd and 9th places for George Russell and Lewis Hamilton enabled the team to narrowly retain 2nd place in the championship, just ahead of Ferrari and well behind the untouchable Red Bulls, who have already been crowned champions for several races. It's good to finish the season ahead of Ferrari, but we're under no illusions that the gap is big [with Red Bull] and the whole team is focused on closing that gap.
